Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Black Jets platform or utilizing our charter brokerage services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Black Jets regarding the procurement of private aviation services.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated legal framework.

Notice of Agency — Brokerage Services

Black Jets is not a direct air carrier in any jurisdiction. All flights arranged by Black Jets are operated by FAR Part 135 air carriers or foreign equivalent carriers that exercise full operational control of the aircraft at all times.

Our role is restricted to identifying suitable aircraft, negotiating terms on behalf of the Client, and facilitating the contractual relationship between the Client and the Air Carrier.

Booking Conditions

All flight quotations are subject to aircraft availability and operator confirmation. Quoted prices are estimates and may be subject to change based on fuel surcharges, handling fees, and overflight permits.

A flight is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed charter agreement and the required deposit or full payment as specified in the individual contract.

Payment Requirements

All flights must be paid in full prior to departure. We accept bank wire transfers, major credit cards (subject to a processing fee), and digital assets for select routes.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation fees vary based on the time of cancellation prior to departure. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in each individual charter agreement. Black Jets is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, air traffic control, mechanical issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Liability & Indemnity

Black Jets, acting solely as a broker, shall not be liable for any act, omission, or default of any air carrier, FBO, ground handler, or other third-party service provider. The Client acknowledges that Black Jets' total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Black Jets for the specific arrangement giving rise to the claim.
