Regulatory Disclosures
Black Jets is committed to full transparency in all aviation arrangements. The following disclosures are provided in accordance with applicable aviation regulations.

Broker Disclosure
Black Jets Inc. operates exclusively as an air charter broker. We are not a direct air carrier, air taxi operator, or commuter air carrier as defined under 14 CFR Part 135 or equivalent foreign regulations. Black Jets does not hold an Air Carrier Certificate.
Carrier Certification
All aircraft arranged by Black Jets are operated by carriers holding valid operating certificates issued by the FAA (Part 135), Transport Canada (CARs 703/704/705), EASA, or equivalent regulatory authority in the jurisdiction of operation.
Carrier certification documentation is available upon request prior to each flight.
Safety Standards
Black Jets requires all partner operators to maintain the following minimum safety standards:
- WYVERN Wingman or IS-BAO certification preferred
- Valid air operator certificate with no outstanding safety violations
- Minimum 3,000 flight hours for Pilot-in-Command on type
- Aircraft maintained under FAA-approved or equivalent maintenance program
- Adequate third-party liability insurance as required by applicable law
Passenger Rights
As a charter passenger, you have the right to request information about the operating carrier and aircraft at any time prior to departure. You also have the right to refuse carriage if you have safety concerns about any aspect of the proposed flight.
Governing Law
These disclosures and any disputes arising from our brokerage services are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
